Real Time Artificial Intelligence on simple AT
It should have sufficed that Cognitix participated in the AI Convention last January in order for it to become famous, that the fruit of five years
of research appears for the big day: a new kind of artificial intelligence systems.
Mindsuite, the famous suite of artificial intelligence tools, is an astonishing product. In our April issue dedicated to computer
science we stressed the rapid evolution of decentralized architecture in the hardware. With Mindsuite, this same evolution touches the software since the intelligence becomes atomized in a multitude of small systems,
each one having their own knowledge and smart engine, as well as the intelligence allowing them to position themselves in relation to each other.
There is a lot at stake. Firstly, because this dissemination of intelligence on the group of a logical structure scans the slowness of the
classic Artificial intelligence such as expert systems using one and only one knowledge base that must be regularly explored: it's the matching pattern that
represents 90% of the execution time. Avoiding this obstacle, Mindsuite, in real time, can turn on a simple AT! Secondly,
Mindsuite enables the possibility of coming much closer to the logic of a true expert: capable of qualitative reasoning,
it can also modify its mode of thinking to adapt to the situation, and plan its interaction with its environment, in particular to
carry out tests that bring new information to it at the needed moment.
