Raymond Edward Kendall Honorary Secretary General of INTERPOL Chairman Following his distinguished careers of service in Her Majesty's Royal Air Force and at Scotland Yard, Raymond Kendall joined INTERPOL in 1971. From 1985 until his retirement in 2001 he served three times as SECRETARY GENERAL of INTERPOL, the renowned international police organization, comprised of 177 member countries, from its headquarters in Lyons, France. Upon his retirement he was named Secretary-General Emeritus. As Senior Strategist for Brighterion, Kendall provides strategic counsel on meeting the developing needs of the international financial community. An honors degree recipient from Oxford University, Raymond has received awards from the governments of France, Spain, Finland, the United States, Chile, Peru and Russia. He is also the recipient of the lifetime achievement award from the United States Marshall's Services and has been honored by the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the US Drug Enforcement Administration. In addition to his leadership in fulfilling the traditional mission of INTERPOL, Raymond Kendall initiated joint efforts globally with the private sector to address the growing threat of cybercrime and the need for international cooperation to prevent abuses on the web. Raymond Kendall was elected in August, 2001, as PRESIDENT OF THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE of the Anti-Fraud Office of the European Union. Dr. Akli Adjaoute, Ph.D. President and CEO Dr. Adjaoute is a leading figure in the international cognitive science community. Prior to Brighterion, Dr. Adjaoute was the founder, President and CEO who drove Cognitix Technologies to become the supplier of Mindsuite, the world's most powerful tool for the development and deployment of artificial-intelligence applications. For over 14 years and over 400 combined man-years, software developers have been building Mindsuite. Mindsuite provides unparalleled sets of advanced technologies that include: Smart-Agents , Optimization Suite, Business Rules, Case Based Reasoning, Genetic Algorithms, Neural Networks Library, Simulation Tools, Interpreted and Compiled Language, Fuzzy Logic, Data Mining Suite . These technologies are not only fully integrated from a development standpoint, but they also form alliances and cooperate with one another within an application solution to provide a powerful Business application development suite. At Brighterion, Dr. Adjaoute has driven the creation of a commercial product that delivers the power of this technology to the banking, securities, telecommunications and insurance industries. Dr Adjaoute was the first to bring a Multi-agent Technology tool to the market. Mindsuite has been used in the industry since 1991. Dr. Adjaoute has a PHD in Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics. His doctorate received the "Gold Medal" by the "PHD Research Magazine". Named "Man of the Year" by the magazine "Technologies" in 1989. Dr. Adjaoute has also served as the scientific director for the European Research Institute for 4 years. Lucien Bourely Global Chief Operating Officer With almost 30 years of experience in corporate strategy and executive management with leaders in the banking, technology and payment system analysis and development industries, Bourely is responsible for overall strategic direction, growth and management of Brighterion Europe. Prior to joining Brighterion, Bourely held a wide range of senior strategy positions. He started his career as a Founder and President of SG2 Group. Bourely has also served in corporate strategy and international business development positions for "Groupement des Cartes Bancaires" and "Groupement Carte Bleue". Additionally, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SME Conseil, a multi-national consulting firm, driving many campaigns for customers as prestigious as BNP Paribas, NCR, UNISYS and France Telecom Mobiles. He earned an Aeronautical Engineering degree from STANFORD University in California. Christine Krenzel, CPA Chief Financial Officer Christine Krenzel established her Public Accounting Firm over 20 years ago specializing in serving start-up companies and small businesses and their owners. Prior to establishing her firm in July 1988, she was with BDO Seidman (BDO), an international Public Accounting Firm and with Muncy McPherson McCune and Dieckman (MMMD), a San Francisco-based Public Accounting Firm. Specialized accounting and tax areas while with BDO and MMMD included buy/sell business valuations, real estate syndication and investments and partnership tax issues. She currently acts as U.S. Controller for several European-based companies. She has worked with Brighterion since its inception in 1999. She earned a Masters of Science in Taxation and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. She served as a Delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1995 and has been a contributing writer for the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper column “Tax Tips.” She was a guest lecturer at San Francisco State University and Golden Gate University on accounting and partnership tax issues. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been a recognized Peer Reviewer. Her experience also includes serving on many Boards of Directors including National Association of Women Business Owners, American Association of University Women, and Business and Professional Women serving in many capacities including Treasurer. Gary Young VP Business Development Gary Young has over twenty years experience in international project management with an emphasis on infrastructure deployment and technology transfer. He currently serves as President of Starbridge Communications, a leading group for telecommunications infrastructure. Mr. Young advises occasionaly Brighterion on business development. Prior to his current role at Starbridge, he held the position of Executive Director of the International Relief Foundation with oversight responsibility of over fifty projects implemented in thirty-five countries. Mr. Young has a Masters degree in International Business Development with a thesis in land use in the Western United States from Arizona State University. Shlomo Elbaz European Business Manager Shlomo Elbaz has nearly two decades of experience in finance along with a deep understanding of the high technology and e-business sectors. He joined Brighterion after 18 years with KPMG and Nexia where he most recently served as Partner-in-Charge of international business working for prestigious customers like Japan Airlines. During his tenure with KPMG and Nexia , Mr. Elbaz specialized in the technology industry with assignments in the European Market. He assisted many companies with the management strategy process and served as a consultant on Mergers & Acquisitions and private financing matters. His experience also includes operational analysis, new product introductions and competitive market analyses. Mr. Elbaz has a Masters degree in Business Management. |
